TOYAN is a Chinese engine manufacturer specializing in mini engines for both model engine building and RC model engine application purposes. Currently, TOYAN has released the newest Boxer engine, TOYAN FS B400 Boxer engine, and the 2-cylinder nitro engine TOYAN FS-L200AC in kit version, co-branded with OTTO MOTOR. As of now, TOYAN produces several model engines, including the TOYAN V8 engine (available in nitro and gasoline versions, both kit and assembled), TOYAN Wankel engine (RS-S100 single rotor and RS-L200 twin rotary versions), TOYAN FS-L400 engine (available in red and blue, as kit or assembled), as well as the TOYAN FS-L200 engine and TOYAN FS-S100 engine.
TOYAN engines come in various configurations, such as single-cylinder, 2-cylinder, 4-cylinder, and 8-cylinder, with options for air-cooled or water-cooled, nitro engines, and gasoline engines. Prices range from $150 to $2500, catering to a wide variety of enthusiasts.

The TOYAN engine kits feature a sporty red segment design and an authentic appearance that closely resembles real engines. Built with high-speed structural design and corrosion-resistant materials, these kits boast powerful cooling performance thanks to their large-flow water pump. The lightweight design makes them highly compatible with RC models, significantly improving the power-to-weight ratio.
Key features include a long-stroke design for higher power output, a dual synchronous pulley system to minimize risks of tooth skipping during high-speed operations, and an integrated mechanical water-cooling pump powered by the drive shaft, enhancing self-cooling performance. Additionally, the innovative four-carburetor system allows precise adjustments, delivering smoother throttle response and more stable operation.
Assembly & Performance
Each TOYAN engine kit takes approximately 3.5 hours to assemble. During the assembly process, you’ll not only enjoy the satisfaction of building but also gain a comprehensive understanding of engine operation. Once started, the engines deliver impressive performance, with a rotational speed of up to 13,500 RPM.
The recommended fuel mixture for the engines includes 20% castor oil, 5-30% nitro-methane, and methanol. Alternatively, you can use methanol content between 20-25% or purchase methanol fuel directly from our store.
